Mariam Sitchinava started shooting in 2009 after receiving a Soviet film camera as a gift. Eight months later, she landed her first commercial project. Based in Tbilisi, she works primarily as a portrait and fashion photographer, with an emphasis on nature and femininity.

Her style leans romantic—girls in fields, holding flowers, wearing delicate dresses. She describes her work as feminine and says that inspiration can come from anything, at any time. She's shot for Urban Outfitters and had her work featured in publications like Korean Vogue Girl.
